21ST CENTURY EDUCATION


Children nowadays are very familiar with technologies. They consume, produce and communicate information in many different ways.

There is need for qualified teamwork (PBE), communication (pair/group work), leadership, organisation (cooperative and colaborative learning), flexibility (flipped classrooms and blended learning), research (PBL), problema solving (PBL), time management (flipped clasrooms) .

Education leaders are making big changes , building 21st century skills, using enable techonologies and personalizing running to engage students in diverse and creative ways.

In south Korea: they are switching to digital textbooks so students can study anywhere and anytime with online hour recognised as school attendance.

In Denmark: students can use the internet while they are taking exams.

In USA: students can create their own Schedule so their interest are show.

In Australia: internships with local organizations are fundamental. They have distance learning programmes with online learning communities and personal mentors. They prefer to eliminate the walls that they are surrounded by.

All this type of learnings will help students to be creative problema solvers, better communicators and lifelong learners.
